Mark has twenty years experience in the title industry. He worked for a national underwriter and national title agency before opening The Title Professionals in 2001. Mark is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Marketing Education and an MBA. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Area of Realtors and the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association. He serves as President of the Fredericksburg Area Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association and as a member of the board of directors of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mark and his family have lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1988.

Kathy Young,
Service Manager
Kathy performs various customer service activities, including performing settlements, ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer concerns.
She is a licensed title agent that has been with the company since 2003. She located to the Fredericksburg area in 1996 from Pennsylvania. Her hobbies include horseback riding, her dogs, gardening, scuba diving and skiing.

Jennifer Chambers,
Escrow Processor
Jennifer has several years experience in the settlement industry in the Fredericksburg area.
She is responsible for coordinating real estate sale and refinance settlements, processing sale and refinance settlement packages and satisfying title insurance requirements. Jennifer enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially her three sons. She enjoys watching NASCAR races and her favorite drivers are Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Jeff Burton.

Amanda Doyle,
Receptionist
Amanda happily performs a variety of functions for the Company. She greets clients, opens orders and assists with post closing. She has been in the real estate settlement industry since 2004 and joined our Company in 2007. She is a licensed title agent. She moved to Virginia with her family in 2002 from Northern California. She enjoys shopping, decorating her home and spending time with her son.

- Take Route 3 east bound through four traffic lights
- Turn left at the fifth light onto William Street (Downtown Historic District)

From Route 3 East
- Cross the Chatham Bridge and turn right onto Sophia Street
- Take the first left on Amelia Street
- Take the third left onto Charles Street.

From Route 2 (South of town)
- Take Rte 2 (Tidewater Trail) north to Fredericksburg.
- When Tidewater Trail changes to Dixon Street, follow Dixon to dead end on Caroline.
