	Juanita Anonsen, Office Manager Juanita has several years experience in the real estate settlement industry of Central Virginia.  She is a licensed title agent and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Locust Grove office as well as overseeing the coordination and processing of all real estate sale and refinance settlements.  Juanita is well versed in all aspects of the closing process, from receiving the contract or title request to disbursing funds.  Her goal is to make the closing process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.  The company motto is “We Close the Deal” and Juanita likes to add…”With a Smile”.  Her hobbies include quilting, riding her jet ski and cheering for the Washington Redskins and NASCAR driver Tony Stewart!
