I just wanted to send you and Nita a quick note of thanks – I didn’t realize until we were actually sitting in your offices that my dad had visited you all prior to settlement. Oh dear. He can sometimes really try your patience and I appreciate the way you and Nita handled him. I don’t have Nita’s email address – could you please share this with her, so that you both know how grateful I am that things went as smoothly as they did. Nita was incredibly patient with Dad’s questions and while I have no idea how many “family” settlements you all handle, I would imagine that they can become quite stressful and tension-filled. Nita worked wonders in keeping things light.

Working with Ms Meade and Ms Curry was a pleasure. There were multiple hurdles to overcome in my closing process...overseas fedex packages, power-of-attorney, 6 hour time differences.....none of these ever became an issue. Mandy is terrific. She made the experience pleasurable. After learning that our mortgage company and builder forgot to put my wife on the deed, Mandy took the necessary steps to correct the situation. My wife took our daughter out of school and drove 350 miles from North Carolina to sign the deed processing. Needless to say, Mandy defused the situation and sought to correct it. Mandys extra care and top notch customer service is refreshing and appreciated.
