The Title Professionals Team is committed to provide prompt, courteous and professional services on all real estate transactions. Our goal is to make every real estate settlement occur smoothly and on time. Our staff of experienced and trained professionals is dedicated to ensure your settlement experience is as pleasant as possible.
The Title Professionals, LLC is a locally owned title insurance agency providing title insurance services and real estate settlements in the Fredericksburg area.
MARK STEELE, President
Mark has over thirty years’ experience in the title industry. He is a licensed title insurance agent who is also a Virginia Certified Title Examiner (VCTE). He worked for a national underwriter and national title agency before opening The Title Professionals in 2001. Mark is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Marketing Education and an MBA. He is a member of the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors and The Fredericksburg Area Builders Association. Mark’s involvement in the Fredericksburg community includes being President-Elect of the Rappahannock Rotary Club and past Chairman of the Fredericksburg Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mark and his family have lived in the Fredericksburg area since 1988.
AIMEE MEADE, Manager - Settlement Services
Aimee is a licensed title insurance agent who holds the Certified Settlement Agent (VCTSA) designation and oversees our settlement operations. She is responsible for coordinating real estate sale and refinance settlements, processing settlement packages, and satisfying title insurance requirements. She has been with the company since January of 2007. Aimee enjoys spending time with her family, listening to old music, and loves to play a good game of cards. She is the proud mother of three and welcomed her first grandchild in January.
LEAH ABRAHAMSON, Underwriter
Leah joined the Title Professionals in February 2018. After spending several years in property management, she is excited to be developing a career in the title industry. She is a 2008 graduate of Old Dominion University with a BS in Communications and Professional Writing. Leah is an Underwriter at our Spotsylvania Office, a licensed title insurance agent, and is a Virginia Certified Title Examiner. She spends her free time performing and stage managing for Caroline Community Theatre, and is also a Board Member.
DEANNA COX, Escrow Processor
Deanna joined the company in March 2015 with over 25 years in the banking industry. Deanna is an Escrow Processor in our Fredericksburg office, and is a licensed title agent as well as a Virginia Certified Settlement Agent (VCTSA). She has lived in the Spotsylvania area most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her family and scrapbooking all of her family’s memories.
AMY BRADLEY, Escrow Processor
Amy joined the company in June 2019 with almost 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Along with her husband, she owns her own business, received her Paralegal Certificate from VCU, is a licensed title insurance agent and a Virginia Certified Settlement Agent (VTCSA). She has lived in the area her entire life and enjoys spending time with her husband and all 6 kids, playing with her husky, Alaska, boating, going to the race track, and riding ATVs.
ERICA BRENNAN, Post Closer
After years in retail management, Erica decided she wanted to change careers and join us at The Title Professionals. She moved to Virginia in 2002 to attend the University of Virginia and fell in love with the state. She and her husband love exploring beautiful wine country and downtown Fredericksburg. She loves spending time exploring new recipes and playing with her son.
